We came in for a early Dinner seeing Ringo at the SJ Civic .
Met Jessica our Bar/ Dining Room Server . She was friendly and had drink suggestions. Happy Hour Prices in a Saturday:)
Calamari with Jalapeños and Vegetable Egg Rolls to start .
We had Stuffed Salmon, Flat Iron Steak, and the Chicken for our entrees.
Spinach Infused Mashed Potatoes side to share .
Molten Chocolate Cake w/ Vanilla Ice Cream to finish our meal . All the food was tasty and cooked perfectly:)

Came here with a Groupon deal on a Friday evening. I parked in a parking lot a few blocks away (the first 1.5 hours were free). Place was not crowded and service was fast and friendly. Food was pretty good. The miso salmon was not special at all, but the noddles I got were delicious. Ambiance was half bar half lounge. I don't think I would come back bc this restaurant is part of a hotel, but l'm glad I tried this place out. And I appreciated how there was a painting of a COVID frontlines worker on full display.
My family and I had dinner on Monday Night of Easter Weekend. We often order Calamari when dining out , and we all agree that Mosaic has the Best Calamari. They give you a very nice portion of squid , onion , Jalapeño peppers , and a wonderful sauce for dipping. For entrees, we all had the Full Caesar Salad with Miso Salmon , Grilled Chicken , and Flat Iron Steak. We also added a side dish of Garlic Green Beans. All was Delicious. Mosaic adds a Nice Flair to all their dishes. The tables are in a comfortable setting with nice ambiance. Our server, Jessica , was friendly and helpful with our order. She has a Great Attitude. The Manager , Robi , was very hospitable and it was a pleasure speaking with him. He informed us that they just acquired a Talented Chef , and there are new additions to the menu coming soon. We will be back.
The Thai style chow fun was recommended to me by the server and it was really tasty! It has a bit of a crunch to it and was cooked to perfection. The place wasn't crowded and I got my meal fairly quickly. The ambiance is modern and classy. I will definitely go to Mosaic again.
Came here for a birthday dinner and it was an amazing ambience, super nice staff and the service was prompt. The food was also amazing! I'd recommend the curry noodles and roasted chicken. Although my first time here, as a resident in DTSJ, I'll definitely be back.
